Dear dancer,

I love the staccato rhythm. I have learned so much over the past decades. This Anger, Intimacy & Love Heartbeat workshop is created from my heart.

In this rhythm we distinguish between the shadow and the light. Seen from the light, staccato is a clear, powerful, direct message, aimed at defending what we hold dear. It is never aimed at destruction and remains connected to our feelings. In the shadows this rhythm is destructive and all contact with ourselves is absent. The light of staccato connects, the shadow of staccato separates.

In the weekend workshop Anger, Intimacy & Love we dance with both forces. We push the boundaries a liitle bit and stay where it is healthy and healing. It might provide you with insights and strengthens the relationship with your heart, family and loved ones.
